Industry veteran Kate Addy has spent over 15 years leading comms campaigns for some of the world’s biggest brands. Her innovative work has landed multiple award-wins, including a PRCA in-house team of the year award when she led consumer comms at Huawei. As director at Ready10, one of the UK’s fastest-growing independent PR agencies, she heads up the agency’s client service offering and leads UK PR for the likes of McDonald’s and Cameo.

Hannah Barlow is Co-Founder of BB Partners Advisory for Changemakers.
Hannah’s background lies in political communications, driving campaigns to improve legislation, build movements, raise public awareness, and galvanise funding on UK and global issues.
Before setting BB, Hannah was a Director at Portland Communications. She is a former elected Councillor in Hammersmith and Fulham and served as elected President of Kings College Student Union.
Hannah is a Spurs fan and regular podcast commentator on all things THFC.
Chris is an experienced healthcare communications consultant, with over a decade’s experience working on Global, European and UK communication and marketing programmes, with an expertise in digital innovation and insights having previously held the role digital insights lead for two years prior.
Chris’ move to Managing Director in 2021 followed his work leading the development of Aurora’s creative and evaluation framework, which ensures client strategies are supported by data and insights that not only help develop engaging programmes but can help prove that they make a difference.
Chris has worked across a number of disease areas but has a particular expertise in creating campaigns that made a difference to patients lives, having worked on digital strategy and patient engagement in cystic fibrosis, rare disease, oncology, diabetes and MS and has supported strategy, brand, and patient engagement for a number of pharma and medical device companies in the UK.
His expertise in digital programmes is underlined by his graduation from Google Squared, Google’s digital leadership and marketing course. He was recognized in the Industry as he was a speaker at Digital Shoreditch 2015 discussing the present and future impact of the Internet of Things, and connectivity in health and is currently on the PM Society digital interest group, informing industry direction of digital thought-leadership and innovation.
Chris was a finalist in the 2014 PRCA awards for the Young Communicator of the Year.
Charlotte is a Director within Good Relations’ consumer division where she is responsible for client success and agency performance, with a focus on delivery, growth and measurement. Charlotte has worked for some of the UK’s best known brands including B&Q, Halfords, Subway, SodaStream, Celebrity Cruises, Tourism Australia, L’Oreal and Hello Fresh.
Outside of her client work, Charlotte has been recognised in PRWeek’s 30 under 30 and awarded a scholarship as part of WACL’s ‘Future Leaders’ scheme. She is passionate about championing diversity and inclusion and represents the agency at a partnership level within VCCP’s D&I group ‘The Collective’.
Ann-Marie has over 20 years’ experience as a business communicator. She’s spent the majority of her career working in large global firms across a number of disciplines including PR, marketing, corporate affairs, media relations, change and internal communications.
A keen mentor and executive coach, she’s passionate about helping others build their confidence so they can reach their full potential.
Ann-Marie holds Chartered PR Practitioner status. She is a founder board member of PRCA REEB and sits on the IABC International Executive Board.
Neil is a creative director at The Academy and has produced campaigns for some of the world’s biggest brands and organisations including Disney, Marvel, Kellogg’s, Mastercard, Heathrow and Domino’s, for which he won a PRCA Campaign of the Year award. Neil is a former PRWeek 30 Under 30 and has won numerous other PRCA awards including International Campaign of the Year and UK Agency of the Year.
Katie is the co-founder of digital marketing consultancy OneFifty. With a career spanning in house and agency, she helps clients – from Toby Carvery and Mazda, to Sage and Airbnb – use data and behaviours to anticipate what, where, and how organisations should behave, digitally. And then makes that happen.
I have loved being in the world of Broadcast PR for over 20 years’ working with some amazing brands. Having finally set up Broadcast Revolution in 2019, I have created a new breed of broadcast consultancy set up to provide a fresh and creative way of delivering quality broadcast coverage for brands across TV, Radio and owned channels. Jo is co-founder and Chief Client Officer at Hope&Glory, an award-winning creative agency. Alex is Director of External Communications at Virgin Media O2. Trained in broadcast journalism, she first joined Sky before moving into politics as Conservative Party’s Chief of Staff. She later joining the private sector with roles at J Sainsbury PLC, eBay and O2.
Today she oversees Virgin Media O2’s consumer PR, B2B, network and sponsorship comms. She also plays a key role in the business’s ESG agenda.
Craig Elder is Founding Partner of Edmonds Elder, an integrated digital and creative consultancy that helps the world’s biggest companies and organisations solve their most important challenges using digital.
Before starting Edmonds Elder – where clients include Centrica, Deliveroo, Marks & Spencer and the Church of England – Craig led the Conservatives’ groundbreaking digital campaign at the 2015 UK General Election.
Roi Feder is managing director of APCO Worldwide’s London office, and head of APCO Global Solutions, APCO’s geopolitical practice. He is also member of APCOs European Leadership team.

Ebony Gayle Communications
Ebony Gayle is an author, speaker and independent accredited PR and communications strategist and coach, with over 17 years of experience of advising and implementing PR and brand communication strategies and campaigns for clients. She has worked across a variety of industries including, new start-ups, professional services, health and wellbeing, education, entertainment and consumer lifestyle.
Ebony previously worked in-house where she headed up a PR team, before starting her own business and founded Ebony Gayle Communications working as an independent consultant with clients in the UK and abroad.
Ebony was the first black woman to join the board member of Women in PR UK, the co-founder of the CIPR’s independent Network for freelance PR and communication professionals, IPSE Ambassador, and diversity board member of an international executive recruitment firm.

Lorna Gozzard is Director of Communications and Marketing at the Royal College of Art. She has over 20 years communications experience, starting her career in agency, at Fishburn Hedges and as a Director of Kindred; before moving in-house, to senior roles working on the physical legacy of the London 2012 Games; then at gallery and higher education institution The Courtauld, before joining the RCA.
Sinéad is Joint Managing Director at Kindred and former president of Bloom, the professional network for women in communications.
Sinéad’s expertise spans PR, social and integrated campaigns. Highlights include accelerating the adoption of electric vehicles, tackling consumer inertia around food waste and reversing a 20-year decline in milk sales.

Jules Herd is a seasoned brand communications expert with over 20 years’ experience working in award winning agencies including Weber Shandwick, and as Global VP of Communications at both Deezer and HTC. Over the years Jules has developed a wealth of experience in the PR and communications industry and for the last four years been the founder and Managing Director of Five in a Boat. Samir has over nine years of strategic communications experience with stints at Milk & Honey, Weber Shandwick, and Porter Novelli. Prior to working in corporate communications, Samir worked as a Policy Adviser at the Confederation of British Industry (CBI).

Kelly is Managing Director of award-winning agency Speed; the largest in the South West; South West Chair; and Fellow of the PRCA.
An experienced communications specialist, she has worked across a myriad of sectors with market leaders and challenger brands, believing in the power of PR to connect people and effect positive change.
Helen Pope is a Director at OVID Health. She has more than 25 years’ experience working in PR, medical communications and publishing and has held several senior positions in global healthcare communications agencies.
Helen has worked on UK, EU and global projects across various therapy areas and led award-winning advocacy campaigns.
With nearly twenty years’ experience, Joanna is a highly skilled and versatile communications practitioner that has collaborated with some of the world’s largest and leading companies. She is passionate about helping brands and businesses navigate complex challenges and establishing bespoke, impactful and measurable solutions.
In her current role as Managing Director of Client Experience at Weber Shandwick, London, Joanna is hands on with bringing the right talent together and providing counsel to deliver integrated solutions across the agency. She is also the Client Relationship Lead for ExxonMobil across EAME, leading the delivery of integrated earned, paid, and owned solutions across B2B, consumer, sport sponsorship and retail lines of business.

Simmons x Schmid
After working for pretty much every agency that would have him, Mark set up Simmons x Schmid, specialising in b2b marketing communications, in 2020. Mark’s in-house and agency career spans brand, corporate, financial and internal communications in sectors including telecoms, media, retail, FMCG, tech and financial services.
Ishtar is a Director at Edelman UK in the Health practice. She leads the strategic direction for major global clients across both human and pet health and is currently seconded as the global Inclusion and Diversity communications lead for Mars Petcare. Ishtar has a deep understanding of building and executing integrated communications programmes with business impact.
She is Co-Chair of the PRCA’s Health group and PRCA Equity and Inclusion Advisory Council member and a mental health and inclusion advocate within the industry at large.
John Doe Group
Magin is CSO and Managing Partner at John Doe Group where he has been leading the London branch of the agency for four years, working for clients including Instagram, Red Bull, Tesco Mobile, Under Armour and Diageo.
Anne Tyrer is Vice President, Corporate Affairs & Communications at American Express, leading the company’s PR, internal communications and corporate sustainability activities in the U.K; a role that supports all lines of business including those serving Consumer, Business and Merchant customers. Anne has been with American Express for eight years, originally joining the company to support its Small Business Saturday and Shop Small campaigns which are now in their 10th year. Anne has both in-house and agency experience and previous clients include well-known brands such as adidas, Gillette and Swiss Bank UBS.
Lauren joined the industry as Third City’s first ever PR Trainee. A decade on she sits on the board as Associate Director and oversees a mix of corporate and consumer work. This includes leading on Starling Bank and Vanquis as well as consumer brands including eHarmony and Point A Hotels.
Safi has been advising clients how best to communicate their stories through broadcast media since 2010 before setting up broadcast first agency BF media 18 months ago. His experience also spans International Comms, Sports and Business Development, having worked agency side at markettiers, Pitch Marketing Group and Good Relations. He founded BF media with a belief that there was a need in the sector for the combination of big agency experience and strategy with the agile and can-do attitude of a startup.
