She is currently also working with the London Business School inspiring MBA students in Entrepreneruship, is a NED of several growth businesses and is an active start up investor.

Kate Addy

Industry veteran Kate Addy has spent over 15 years leading comms campaigns for some of the world’s biggest brands. Her innovative work has landed multiple award-wins, including a PRCA in-house team of the year award when she led consumer comms at Huawei. As director at Ready10, one of the UK’s fastest-growing independent PR agencies, she heads up the agency’s client service offering and leads UK PR for the likes of McDonald’s and Cameo.

Hannah’s background lies in political communications, driving campaigns to improve legislation, build movements, raise public awareness, and galvanise funding on UK and global issues.

Before setting BB, Hannah was a Director at Portland Communications. She is a former elected Councillor in Hammersmith and Fulham and served as elected President of Kings College Student Union.

Hannah is a Spurs fan and regular podcast commentator on all things THFC.

Chris Bath

Chris is an experienced healthcare communications consultant, with over a decade’s experience working on Global, European and UK communication and marketing programmes, with an expertise in digital innovation and insights having previously held the role digital insights lead for two years prior.

Chris’ move to Managing Director in 2021 followed his work leading the development of Aurora’s creative and evaluation framework, which ensures client strategies are supported by data and insights that not only help develop engaging programmes but can help prove that they make a difference.

Chris has worked across a number of disease areas but has a particular expertise in creating campaigns that made a difference to patients lives, having worked on digital strategy and patient engagement in cystic fibrosis, rare disease, oncology, diabetes and MS and has supported strategy, brand, and patient engagement for a number of pharma and medical device companies in the UK.

His expertise in digital programmes is underlined by his graduation from Google Squared, Google’s digital leadership and marketing course. He was recognized in the Industry as he was a speaker at Digital Shoreditch 2015 discussing the present and future impact of the Internet of Things, and connectivity in health and is currently on the PM Society digital interest group, informing industry direction of digital thought-leadership and innovation.

Chris was a finalist in the 2014 PRCA awards for the Young Communicator of the Year.

Charlotte Birks

Good Relations

Charlotte is a Director within Good Relations’ consumer division where she is responsible for client success and agency performance, with a focus on delivery, growth and measurement. Charlotte has worked for some of the UK’s best known brands including B&Q, Halfords, Subway, SodaStream, Celebrity Cruises, Tourism Australia, L’Oreal and Hello Fresh.

Outside of her client work, Charlotte has been recognised in PRWeek’s 30 under 30 and awarded a scholarship as part of WACL’s ‘Future Leaders’ scheme. She is passionate about championing diversity and inclusion and represents the agency at a partnership level within VCCP’s D&I group ‘The Collective’.

Ann-Marie Blake

Ann-Marie has over 20 years’ experience as a business communicator. She’s spent the majority of her career working in large global firms across a number of disciplines including PR, marketing, corporate affairs, media relations, change and internal communications.

A keen mentor and executive coach, she’s passionate about helping others build their confidence so they can reach their full potential.

Ann-Marie holds Chartered PR Practitioner status. She is a founder board member of PRCA REEB and sits on the IABC International Executive Board.

Neil Brodrick

Neil is a creative director at The Academy and has produced campaigns for some of the world’s biggest brands and organisations including Disney, Marvel, Kellogg’s, Mastercard, Heathrow and Domino’s, for which he won a PRCA Campaign of the Year award. Neil is a former PRWeek 30 Under 30 and has won numerous other PRCA awards including International Campaign of the Year and UK Agency of the Year.

Ebony Gayle is an author, speaker  and independent accredited PR and communications strategist and  coach, with over 17  years of experience of advising and implementing PR and brand communication strategies and campaigns for clients. She has worked across a variety of industries including, new start-ups, professional services, health and wellbeing, education, entertainment and consumer lifestyle.

Ebony previously worked in-house where she headed up a PR team, before starting her own business and founded Ebony Gayle Communications working as an independent consultant with clients in the UK and abroad.

Ebony was the first black woman to join the board member of Women in PR UK, the  co-founder of the CIPR’s independent Network for freelance PR and communication professionals, IPSE Ambassador, and  diversity board member of an international  executive recruitment firm.

She is Co-Chair of the PRCA’s Health group and PRCA Equity and Inclusion Advisory Council member and a mental health and inclusion advocate within the industry at large.

Laura Sibley

Laura Sibley is the Managing Director running the award-winning consumer division at Brands2Life. Prior to which she held senior roles on the Board at Hope&Glory and in-house at leading tech powerhouses Sony and Samsung. Along with working with the creative powerhouse Mark Borkowski.

Agency-side, she has worked across a multitude of sectors, with her impressive past client roster including Pokémon, BT, Freesat, eDreams Odigeo, SEGA, RealD Cinema, Hostelworld, the Tessa Jowell Foundation and Buzz Bingo. Lauren Westmore

Lauren joined the industry as Third City’s first ever PR Trainee. A decade on she sits on the board as Associate Director and oversees a mix of corporate and consumer work. This includes leading on Starling Bank and Vanquis as well as consumer brands including eHarmony and Point A Hotels.

Fleur Wylie

Fleur is Head of Product PR at Sainsbury’s, overseeing consumer comms for food and drink, fashion, home and beauty.

With 13 years’ experience, Fleur began her PR career agency-side at Packer Forbes (now Four Communications) and Blue Rubicon (now Teneo) working across clients including GSK, Coca-Cola, Virgin Atlantic, Bird’s Eye and DFS. Following a three year stint in-house in Australia, Fleur joined Sainsbury’s, where she has worked across corporate, brand and consumer comms.

Highlights from Fleur’s career include Coca-Cola’s 2012 Olympic sponsorship and Sainsbury’s 150th anniversary celebrations.

Safi Zisman

Safi has been advising clients how best to communicate their stories through broadcast media since 2010 before setting up broadcast first agency BF media 18 months ago. His experience also spans International Comms, Sports and Business Development, having worked agency side at markettiers, Pitch Marketing Group and Good Relations. He founded BF media with a belief that there was a need in the sector for the combination of big agency experience and strategy with the agile and can-do attitude of a startup.

Formerly a founding creative partner at The Partners (now Superunion), and more recently an executive creative director at FleishmanHillard Fishburn, James was responsible for building successful brands and brand communications programmes for enthusiastic start-ups up to seasoned global conglomerates.

He started Made By Giants – with Grace Keeling – in the middle of the pandemic. He develops creative strategies and creative brand executions that drive growth for the tech giants of tomorrow.
